To support a growing team, the part-time Weekend Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls for ride scheduling, issue resolution, and member support, working remotely for 20 hours each weekend. Key responsibilities Assist members with scheduling, updating, or canceling transportation through inbound and outbound calls Resolve transportation-related issues and document interactions accurately in the CRM system Ensure compliance with state Medicaid, HIPAA, and transportation requirements while maintaining high-quality service standards Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, transportation, or similar role MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently Reliable attendance and punctuality
