Successful completion of a one-year (two semester) or longer full-time training program in food service management may be substituted for the one-year experience requirement. Physical Requirement Incumbent must be able to lift over 50 pounds and be in excellent physical condition. Most of the work is performed in the kitchen area and is usually overheated and noisy.
