Engineer innovative design concepts utilizing CREO. Create multiple design concepts & perform trade-off studies of those concepts to determine the optimal solutions.Being able to navigate through the unknown and actively seek out new knowledge to apply to projects.Planning and managing projects including scope of work, schedules, costs and completion dates.Preparing prototypes for design feasibility evaluation and testing. Prepare and execute test plans.Working with cross functional teams to drive projects to completion.Creating Part drawings, Material BOMs, Engineering Change Notices as they relate to product development, improvements and/or cost reductions.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:BSME2-5 years’ experience in new Product Development EngineeringMinimum 3 years of Creo or similar 3d modelling softwareStrong working knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), product design and concept testingHands-on prototyping experienceStrong creative and technical aptitudePreferred Qualifications:Panelboard / Switchboard design experienceMinimum 2 years of Project Management experienceMSMEAbout Siemens:We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
