Direct Counsel is partnering with an AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate (1–6 years of experience) to join its highly regarded litigation practice in Boston .

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Support litigation strategy on complex commercial disputes
Collaborate with partners and clients on high-profile litigation matters
1–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
Outstanding academic credentials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required

The anticipated salary range is $225,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structures. The firm also offers a robust benefits package for attorneys and employees.
