Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Estimator and Sales Executive in the San Diego area to win projects between $5 million and $25 million, along with maintenance agreements, for a commercial mechanical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the plan to land projects and maintenance contracts in San Diego.
• Prepare accurate, competitive bids in Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, and Revit.
• Advise clients on system choices, especially chillers, boilers, and large equipment.
• Keep relationships warm with current clients and prospects.
• Find new opportunities on your own initiative.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Five or more years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
• Hands-on background with large commercial equipment such as Trane chillers.
• A record of bringing in business.

Nice-to-Haves

• An existing network of San Diego owners and general contractors.
• Experience selling maintenance agreements.

Compensation and Logistics
