As a Construction Project Manager, you support the Operations team with coordinating all aspects of store remodeling projects or new store construction. You will partner with stores, design teams, vendors, and contractors on preparation, inspection, and solutions for Von Maur or Dry Goods construction projects.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Coordinate the remodeling and construction process at new or existing locationsTravel to conduct site visits and monitor project schedulesDevelop, analyze and review project budgetAnalyze project bids and negotiate pricing; prepare construction documents and provide recommendationsOrder and coordinate installation of fixtures, furniture, and flooringCoordinate building repair and maintenance projectsDevelop effective relationships and communication with contractorsIdentify and implement solutions to quickly solve project issuesBe available to work on-site in Davenport, IA.
