This position carries full responsibility for project execution, financial performance, and overall delivery.The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for owners and design partners and ensures projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, budget, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as owner contact to assess project scope, staffing, and resourcesEstablish project objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with company standardsCoordinate project startup meetings, progress meetings, and closeout activitiesManage subcontract buyout, scope reviews, and purchase ordersDevelop and maintain project schedules, submittal logs, material tracking, and milestonesBuild budgets and cost codes from estimates and manage financial reportingOversee on site construction through direction of the Project SuperintendentProcess RFIs, change orders, notifications, and potential claimsMonitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety performanceConduct project meetings and document progress, decisions, and risksMaintain accurate project records, reports, and progress photosReport directly to the Project ExecutiveQualificationsFour year engineering degree or equivalent experienceMinimum five years of construction management or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract administrationBenefits- Salary $80,000-$125,000 ( DOE)- Full Benefits + PTO - Car allowance + Gas Card - 401K , Medical, Dental, and Vision
